How do you make them?
- 1/2 cup nut butter
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1 tsp vanilla
- good pinch of sea salt
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 1-2 tsp of your fav spices - I used cinnamon and nutmeg
- 1/2 cup of chocolate chips
- sesame seeds for decoration
Mix first three ingredients. Then all the rest. I found mine to be a little dry and crumbly but that will depend on the type of nut butter you use. When I blended 1/4 c water water with 2 dates and mixed that in it was just the right consistency. Roll em with your hands, dip them in sesame seeds and store them in your freezer. I recommend sitting when you eat them, they are so good your knees will weaken and you'll think you have just found your one true love.
